Emily Graham

Emily Graham is the Director of People Experience at HFA, where she is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for team members from their first day through every stage of their career. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has championed initiatives that help make HFA a place where people can grow, contribute, and thrive.

What began as a focus on onboarding evolved into broader leadership across engagement, benefits, community service, leave administration, licensing, and other key people programs.

Today, Emily leads both the People Experience and Learning & Development teams, partnering closely with leaders across the firm to strengthen leadership capabilities and coach through personnel, performance, and development opportunities. Her work is guided by HFA's aspiration to be a people-first culture of empowerment where talent thrives. Through thoughtful programs, meaningful learning experiences, and a people-centered approach, Emily helps foster an environment where team members feel supported, empowered, and equipped to reach their full potential.
