Matt Tillman

Matt Tillman is an Architectural Learning & Development Specialist at HFA. In this emerging role, he supports professional growth across the firm’s architectural team, helping newer professionals navigate project demands and aligning learning efforts with leadership’s goals for stronger project delivery.

With nearly two decades of experience, Matt brings a well-rounded understanding of the full project lifecycle, from early visioning through construction. His background includes contracts, documentation, permitting, construction administration, and quality control. He’s committed to helping team members bridge the gap between design and execution, coordinate drawings, address code requirements, and support effective project delivery.

Earlier in his career, Matt helped advance HFA’s Entertainment team and contributed to cross-disciplinary projects for a range of clients. He remains focused on mentorship, collaboration, and building practical skills across the studio.
