Neli Ialamov

Neli Ialamov is a Senior Interior Designer with decades of experience delivering impactful design solutions across the commercial, life sciences, and hospitality sectors. Originally from Bulgaria, she discovered her passion for architecture after beginning her career in graphic design, building on a foundation of visual communication and creative thinking. At HFA, Neli leads design efforts and mentors junior staff while managing projects from concept to completion with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and client alignment.

Throughout her career, Neli has contributed to award-winning projects recognized by ISPE and IIDA. As a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor (CSL), she brings technical expertise to the construction phase, helping bridge the gap between design intent and execution.
