Dave Wilgus

Dave Wilgus is the President and CEO of HFA. Throughout his 20 years at HFA, he has led several teams to growth and success, especially within HFA's retail client teams. Dave has more than 25 years of experience working in the architecture and engineering industry. After becoming CEO in May 2019, Dave has aimed to continue the culture of collaboration, integrity, and long-term client relationships HFA is known for with a fresh perspective. Dave has led the firm’s transformation to empower its professional staff and a new direction of the vision, purpose and values that drives the firm.
