Steven Warlick

Steven Warlick serves as Vice President at HFA. He is a passionate leader  with more than 24 years of industry experience, specializing in healthcare design. A Drury University graduate, Steven has tackled the industry head-on, eventually becoming President of his 125-person design firm prior to joining HFA. Ready to take on new challenges and diversify HFA's portfolio, Steven brings a collaborative mindset and strong people skills to the table. His innovative and thoughtful approach aligns perfectly with HFA’s vision. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son, whom he considers his best friend. Notably, Steven holds an aerial achievement medal for combat flying hours in Iraq and has completed the Chicago, San Diego, and NYC marathons.
