HFA provided architectural and MEP engineering services for the relocation and expansion of an independently owned Harley-Davidson dealership in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The 48,000-square-foot project transformed a former 27,000-square-foot movie theater into a significantly expanded dealership, supporting both customer-facing and operational functions.
The expanded facility includes a new showroom, service bays, parts storage, and office support areas. HFA designed a substantial addition and renovation to integrate seamlessly with the existing structure while adhering to Harley-Davidson’s brand guidelines and accommodating existing conditions and site constraints.
Delivered through a design-build partnership with New England Construction, the project required close collaboration to align design intent, constructability, and schedule. The result is a modernized dealership that supports the franchise’s operational needs while reinforcing a strong, recognizable brand presence.
